1) The voting rights with respect to 1,36,288 shares transferred to Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority are currently freezed as per Rule 6 of IEPF (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Amendment Rules, 2017.

2) The number of shareholders as shown in this statement represent aggregate number of demat account and registered folios (in respect of shares held in dematerialised form and physical form, respectively). However, the total number of shareholders of Company as on March 31, 2023 is 10,636 but in the shareholding statement the number of shareholders are shown as 9,116 due to consolidation on PAN basis.

3) The aggregate promoter holding is 49,31,901 inclusive of 36,26,638 shares of Russell Credit Limited. However, as per the records of Russell Credit Limited, they hold 36,26,633 shares.

4) Russell Investments Limited is an indirect associate company of ITC Limited. Accordingly, same has been categorised as a Promoter Group Company and not as Promoter Company.

5) Under column B4(i), NRI includes total of both Repatriable basis (30,029 shares) and Non - Repatriable basis (35,566 shares).

6) Under Annexure B, First quarter is December 31, 2022, Second Quarter is September 30, 2022, Third Quarter is June 30, 2022 and Forth Quarter is March 31, 2022.

7) Under Annexure B, Board approved limit is the Sectoral Limit.
