ITH is committed to provide you with essential travel services round the clock although our operating locations across the country are closed. .

Due to this emergent situation, which has led to the cancellation of travel plans, airlines have made changes to their refund policies. The same are illustrated below for your perusal:

  • In case the flight is cancelled by the airline, date change is permitted Free of Charge to a later date.

  • Airlines are shifting from online processing of refunds to a manual process, leading to delays.

  • Airlines are issuing refunds in the form of Credit Shell, which can be utilised by the same traveller for future travel only within a period of 6-12 months.

  • For operational flights a normal refund policy will apply. This point is part of above points only not header for below points.

    • ITH will process refunds once the same is received from the airline.

    • Most airlines are giving refunds in the form of Credit Shell which can only be utilized by the same traveller (Sector can be changed).
