Day 1: Arrive in London
Arrive into London, the capital of England and the United Kingdom. Upon arrival, meet your friendly and knowledgeable Tour Manager, proceed to your hotel and complete the check-in process. Take some time to unwind and enjoy the comforts of your accommodation.

Day 2: Guided London City Tour, Lord’s Cricket Ground & London Eye
After breakfast, explore London with an expert local guide. See Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Tower Bridge, River Thames, Hyde Park and other major landmarks. Witness the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace, subject to operation.
Visit the legendary Lord’s Cricket Ground and see iconic areas including the Victorian Pavilion, Long Room, Players’ Dressing Rooms and MCC Museum. Later, enjoy scenic views of London from the London Eye overlooking the River Thames.

Day 3: Madame Tussauds & Eurostar to Paris
Check out and visit the famous Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, home to a large collection of wax figures of renowned personalities. Later travel by high-speed Eurostar train from London to Paris through the Channel Tunnel, enjoying views of the English and French countryside en route.
On arrival in Paris, proceed to the elegant City of Romance, Lights and Glamour, known for haute couture, museums, monuments and cabarets.

Day 4: Eiffel Tower, Seine Cruise, Versailles & Paris Orientation Tour
Visit the second level of the Eiffel Tower and enjoy panoramic views of Paris. Next, take a romantic cruise on the River Seine with views of landmarks such as Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Louvre and Orsay Museum.
Continue to the Palace of Versailles, a celebrated masterpiece of French 17th-century artistry. Later enjoy an orientation tour of Paris covering Place Vendôme, Opéra Garnier, Musée d’Orsay, Place de la Concorde, Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, Alexander Bridge, Les Invalides and other notable locations.

Day 5: Brussels – Grand Place & Manneken Pis – Netherlands
Travel to Brussels, the capital of Belgium and headquarters of the European Union. Visit Grand Place, regarded as one of Europe’s most beautiful squares, and see the medieval Town Hall and the famous Manneken Pis statue.
Continue your journey to the Netherlands, check in to your hotel and relax.

Day 6: Keukenhof Gardens / Madurodam, Amsterdam Canal Cruise & Germany
After check-out, visit Keukenhof Gardens till 10th May and admire its tulips, daffodils and hyacinths. From 11th May, visit Madurodam, the miniature park featuring detailed scale models of Dutch landmarks, canals, windmills, harbours and other attractions.
Explore Amsterdam with a canal cruise, then continue your picturesque journey towards the Frankfurt area in Germany and complete hotel check-in.

Day 7: Heidelberg, Black Forest & Rhine Falls
Drive to Heidelberg Altstadt, the historic Old Town around Market Square and the Neckar River. See the Church of the Holy Spirit and enjoy the medieval character of the cobblestoned streets.
Proceed to the heart of the Black Forest, known for dense evergreen forests and charming villages, and witness a traditional cuckoo clock demonstration. Later travel to Switzerland and see the magnificent Rhine Falls, Europe’s largest waterfall, before continuing to your hotel.

Day 8: Free Day / Optional Jungfraujoch & Lucerne Orientation Tour
Enjoy the day free to explore Switzerland on your own, or opt for an alpine excursion to Jungfraujoch – The Top of Europe. Travel via Grindelwald Terminal and the Eiger Express to Eigergletscher, then take the cogwheel train to Europe’s highest railway station at 11,333 feet. Visit the Ice Palace and Sphinx observatory deck for views of the Aletsch Glacier.
Later enjoy an orientation tour of Lucerne, including the Lion Monument and historic Kapell Brucke.

Day 9: Mt. Titlis, Swarovski Crystal Shop & Innsbruck
Check out and proceed to Mt. Titlis at 3,020 metres. Travel by cable cars including the Rotair, the world’s first revolving cable car, and enjoy 360-degree views of snow-covered peaks, crevasses and glaciers. Experience the Titlis Cliff Walk, Europe’s highest suspension bridge.
Later drive to Innsbruck, visit the Swarovski Crystal Shop and enjoy an orientation tour. See the Golden Roof and walk along Maria Theresien Strasse against a scenic Alpine backdrop.

Day 10: Venice – The Floating City of Italy
Travel to Venice, celebrated for its canals, monuments and romantic charm. On reaching the pier, board a private boat to St. Mark’s Square. Admire St. Mark’s Basilica, the Bell Tower and Clock Tower, and see the Bridge of Sighs connecting the old prisons to the interrogation rooms at the Doge’s Palace.
After the tour, return to the pier and proceed to your hotel.

Day 11: Rome & Vatican City
Drive to the eternal city of Rome. Visit Vatican City, the world’s smallest independent country, and explore the magnificent St. Peter’s Basilica, home to masterpieces by Michelangelo and Bernini.
Continue through Rome to see the Colosseum and visit the Trevi Fountain, where tradition says tossing a coin over your shoulder ensures your return to Rome. Later check in to your hotel.

Day 12: Fly Back Home
Your memorable holiday comes to a close. Check out and depart for the airport, bidding farewell to the friends you have made and carrying pleasant memories of your European journey.

General Terms
- Rates and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
- Package pricing is based on passenger age; incorrect details may incur penalties.
- Local taxes, fees, and TCS (Tax Collected at Source) will be extra as per government regulations and are in addition to the booking price. (Only for International Booking).
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and subject to availability. Flight tickets are not reserved at the time of quotation; fares may vary at the time of booking, and any difference will be borne by the Traveller. Airlines may offer non-refundable fares, which will be mentioned in the quotation and must be checked by Traveller before confirmation.
- In case of Bookings cancelled after confirmation, a 100% cancellation fee will be applicable, unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy or specifically mentioned in email correspondence.
- The Company will not be liable to refund any amount to the Travelers for being unable to utilize the Booking due to absence or denial of passport/visa, irrespective of whether or not the Traveller has availed the Services of the Company for passport Services/visa facilitation.
- Amendments to Bookings are subject to availability and may incur charges; any modifications during the tour must be settled directly by the Travelers with the hotel, airlines, or other service providers.
- Special requests will be noted but cannot be guaranteed.
- Standard check-in and check-out times will be as per hotel policy. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
- If the selected hotel is unavailable, alternate accommodation of a similar category will be provided.
- Travel insurance is recommended to protect against unforeseen events.
- Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Any item not listed under inclusions, is not covered in the package cost and must be settled directly by the Travelers with the hotel, airlines, or other Third Party Service Provider(s).
- Transportation will be provided point-to-point as per itinerary, not on a disposal basis.
- By booking, the Traveller grants consent to the Company for sharing their personal details with hotels, airlines, and other service partners for travel arrangements, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
- All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
- Travelers shall ensure compliance with health requirements, recommended precautions, or minimum medical wellbeing criteria specified by the government or appropriate authority relevant for their booking.
- The Company is not responsible for any Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, acts of God, omissions or acts of public authorities, or government actions/sanctions.
Disclaimer
The Company acts solely as a facilitator, connecting Travelers with independent third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, bus operators, visa and passport agencies, and insurance companies ("Third-Party Service Providers"). These Third-Party Service provider(s) are independent contractors and not agents, employees, or partners of the Company. The Company has no control over and assumes no liability for their acts, omissions, delays, negligence, or the quality of Services, nor for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from them. The Company’s responsibility is limited to processing Bookings with reasonable skill and care and shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any special, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or opportunities.
