Day 1: Arrive in Helsinki
Welcome to Helsinki, the capital city of Finland. On arrival, meet your friendly professional Tour Manager and proceed to your hotel for check-in. Take time to relax and enjoy the surroundings of this vibrant Nordic city known for design, architecture and its coastal setting.

Day 2: Helsinki Guided City Tour & Overnight Cruise to Stockholm
After breakfast, check out and enjoy a guided city tour of Helsinki. Drive past the harbour and Embassy Park, see the colourful open-air market, Senate Square, Lutheran Cathedral, Esplanadi, Mannerheim Street, Parliament Building, National Museum, Finlandia Hall and Olympic Stadium.
Visit the Sibelius Monument and the unique Rock Church, built into solid rock and capped with a copper dome. Later proceed to the pier and board the overnight Silja Line Cruise to Stockholm.

Day 3: Stockholm City Tour, Vasa Museum, City Hall & SkyView
Arrive in Stockholm and disembark from the cruise. Enjoy a guided city tour of the Swedish capital, often called the Venice of the North. Visit Fjällgatan for panoramic views, see the Old Town with its cobbled alleys, Royal Palace and Cathedral.
Continue to Stockholm City Hall, famous for its architecture and Nobel Prize banquet, then visit the Vasa Museum housing the preserved 17th-century warship. End the day with a SkyView gondola ride for a panoramic view of Stockholm.

Day 4: Stockholm to Oslo via Karlstad
Travel by coach towards Oslo, the capital of Norway. En route, visit the charming lakeside town of Karlstad in Sweden, situated along the Klarälven River and known for its welcoming atmosphere.
Continue to Oslo and, on arrival, check in and relax at your hotel.

Day 5: Oslo Guided Tour, Vigeland Sculpture Park & Holmenkollen
Begin the day with a guided tour of Oslo. Visit the iconic Vigeland Sculpture Park, featuring Gustav Vigeland's celebrated collection of sculptures, and explore the highlights of Norway's capital.
Later visit the Holmenkollen Ski Jump, a symbol of Norwegian skiing traditions. Continue on a scenic drive to Geilo, a charming mountain town surrounded by beautiful landscapes.

Day 6: Norway in a Nutshell & Bergen
After breakfast, check out and embark on the memorable Norway in a Nutshell journey, one of the highlights of the tour. Travel through majestic mountain scenery, enjoy scenic train rides, cruise through deep fjords and see waterfalls and picturesque villages.
After completing the experience, drive to Bergen, the Gateway to the Fjords, known for its colourful Bryggen waterfront and scenic harbour.

Day 7: Bergen Guided Tour, Mt. Fløyen & Overnight Fjord Cruise
Check out and enjoy a guided tour of Bergen. Walk through the UNESCO-listed Bryggen Wharf, admire its colourful wooden houses and discover the city's maritime heritage.
Ride the Fløibanen funicular to Mt. Fløyen for panoramic views of Bergen, the fjords and surrounding mountains. Later board the FjordLine cruise from Bergen to Hirtshals for an overnight journey across the North Sea.

Day 8: Aarhus, Infinite Bridge, H.C. Andersen Museum & Copenhagen
Arrive in Hirtshals and disembark from the cruise. Drive to Aarhus for an orientation tour and a photo stop at the Infinite Bridge, a distinctive waterfront landmark.
Continue to Odense, birthplace of Hans Christian Andersen, and visit the H.C. Andersen Museum to discover his life and stories. Later drive to Copenhagen, the vibrant capital of Denmark.

Day 9: Copenhagen Guided Tour, Nyhavn Cruise, Carlsberg & Tivoli Gardens
Enjoy a guided tour of Copenhagen and discover the city's major attractions and landmarks. Take a scenic Nyhavn cruise past colourful waterfront buildings and historic areas.
Visit the famous Carlsberg Brewery and enjoy beer tasting while learning about its heritage. Later visit Tivoli Gardens, one of Copenhagen's best-known attractions, celebrated for its gardens, rides and evening atmosphere.

Day 10: Fly Back Home
Your memorable Scandinavian holiday ends today. Check out and depart for the airport, saying goodbye to your new friends and carrying pleasant memories of your European journey.

- Rates and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
- Package pricing is based on passenger age; incorrect details may incur penalties.
- Local taxes, fees, and TCS (Tax Collected at Source) will be extra as per government regulations and are in addition to the booking price. (Only for International Booking).
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and subject to availability. Flight tickets are not reserved at the time of quotation; fares may vary at the time of booking, and any difference will be borne by the Traveller. Airlines may offer non-refundable fares, which will be mentioned in the quotation and must be checked by Traveller before confirmation.
- In case of Bookings cancelled after confirmation, a 100% cancellation fee will be applicable, unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy or specifically mentioned in email correspondence.
- The Company will not be liable to refund any amount to the Travelers for being unable to utilize the Booking due to absence or denial of passport/visa, irrespective of whether or not the Traveller has availed the Services of the Company for passport Services/visa facilitation.
- Amendments to Bookings are subject to availability and may incur charges; any modifications during the tour must be settled directly by the Travelers with the hotel, airlines, or other service providers.
- Special requests will be noted but cannot be guaranteed.
- Standard check-in and check-out times will be as per hotel policy. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
- If the selected hotel is unavailable, alternate accommodation of a similar category will be provided.
- Travel insurance is recommended to protect against unforeseen events.
- Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Any item not listed under inclusions, is not covered in the package cost and must be settled directly by the Travelers with the hotel, airlines, or other Third Party Service Provider(s).
- Transportation will be provided point-to-point as per itinerary, not on a disposal basis.
- By booking, the Traveller grants consent to the Company for sharing their personal details with hotels, airlines, and other service partners for travel arrangements, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
- All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
- Travelers shall ensure compliance with health requirements, recommended precautions, or minimum medical wellbeing criteria specified by the government or appropriate authority relevant for their booking.
- The Company is not responsible for any Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, acts of God, omissions or acts of public authorities, or government actions/sanctions.

The Company acts solely as a facilitator, connecting Travelers with independent third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, bus operators, visa and passport agencies, and insurance companies ("Third-Party Service Providers"). These Third-Party Service provider(s) are independent contractors and not agents, employees, or partners of the Company. The Company has no control over and assumes no liability for their acts, omissions, delays, negligence, or the quality of Services, nor for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from them. The Company’s responsibility is limited to processing Bookings with reasonable skill and care and shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any special, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or opportunities.

By accepting this proposal, the Traveller acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the aforesaid Terms & Conditions.
