Meet and Greet on arrival at Bagdogra International Airport and transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 Ft.). On arrival check-in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling hotel.
Darjeeling: Full Day Sightseeing with Tiger Hill
Early morning (4:00 AM) visit Tiger Hill (Subject to availability of Permit / Token) and then back to hotel. After breakfast, starting at 8.30 AM, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Ropeway, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Optional Experience in Darjeeling: -The Scenic Toy Train Experience
Toy train starts from Darjeeling station, this is a round trip of 16kms. goes up to Ghum, makes a brief halt at the Ghum station so that you can take a look at DHR Museum, and then on its way back Stops at Batasia Loop for soaking in the great views of Kanchenjunga as well as Darjeeling town on the hill slope, and then returns to DarjeelingOn 2 December 1999, UNESCO declared the DHR a World Heritage Site. Two more railway lines were later added, and the site became known as one of the mountain railways of India.
Darjeeling - Kalimpong - Local Sightseeing (77 Kms. / 2½ Hrs.)
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Kalimpong (4,091 Ft. / 55 Kms. / 2½ Hrs.). On arrival check-in to your hotel. Afternoon enjoy half day tour of Kalimpong visiting Mangal Dham, Deolo Hill, Golf Course, Durpin Dara Hills and Pine View Nursery (Sunday closed). Return to your hotel. Overnight stay at Kalimpong.
