Sai Baba of Shirdi, also known as Shirdi Sai Baba, was an Indian spiritual master who was and is regarded by his devotees as a Saint, Fakir, and Satguru, according to their individual proclivities and beliefs. He was revered by all the religions He stressed the importance of surrender to the guidance of the true Satguru or Murshid, who, having gone the path to divine consciousness himself, will lead the disciple through the jungle of spiritual training.
Sai Baba is worshipped by people around the world He had no love for perishable things and his sole concern was self-realisation. He taught a moral code of love, forgiveness, helping others, charity, contentment, inner peace and devotion to God and Guru He gave no distinction based on religion or caste Sai Baba's teaching combined elements of Hinduism and Islam: he gave the Hindu name Dwarakamayi to the mosque he lived in, practiced Muslim rituals, taught using words and figures that drew from both traditions, and was buried in Shirdi One of his well-known epigrams, "Sabka Malik Ek" ("One God governs all"), is associated with Hinduism, Islam and Sufism. He also said, "Trust in me and your prayer shall be answered" He always uttered "Allah Malik" ("God is King").
The temple premise Of Shri Sai Baba is spread in a large area It is situated in the heart Of Shirdi village and is a major center for pilgrims from around the world On an average, daily 25,000 devotees visit Shirdi village, to have the Darshan of Shri Sai Baba. The Temple premises is equipped with all necessary facilities like Darshan Lane, Prasadalaya (Lunch and Dinner), Donation Counters, Prasad Counters, Canteen, Railway Reservation Counter, Book Stall etc.
  • Day Wise Itinerary:

Day 1

Arrive and Transfer to Shirdi

On arrival you will meet and be received by an ITH representative. He will hand over the necessary documents to you with a brief about the trip. Later, you will be driven to your hotel (available on immediate occupancy) in Shirdi. You may spend the rest of the day at hotel. Time permitting we will take you to the shrine for darshan.

Spend a Day in Shirdi

Buffet breakfast at the hotel

After breakfast, pay obeisance in Sai Baba temple. This will take you to the queue which might last for minutes to few hours.

After darshan, continue to visit Shani Shingnapur temple (72 Km / 1.5 hours) drive. A quaint little village which was less known earlier and is now more Often in news due to its presiding deity. All the more, it is known for the village with no doors. The homes of the 4,000-odd residents of the village, where empty door frames mark the entrance to houses. It is believed that if a person steals anything, or is dishonest, they face a Sade Saati (a period Of seven-and-a-half years Of bad luck).It is more of an ominous sign.

After Darshan, depart to the Pune Airport / Railway station for your onward journey
